Senior fellow at RSIS, Han Fook Kwang wrote a commentary about the recent saga over the banning of e-scooters on footpaths. He said that enormous effort is needed both in physical and legal infrastructure to make the roads safe for motorised vehicles and it will be the same for PMDs.
