Junior Researcher (Dean's Office)
The successful applicant is expected to contribute to the School by providing academic and institutional research, as well as editorial support, to the Dean’s Office; contributing to the RSIS Commentary series; and publishing op-eds aimed at a broader audience. He/she will maintain an active research agenda with regular policy-relevant and scholarly publications and develop subject expertise in consultation with the Dean and senior management. In addition, the successful applicant will assist in organising seminars and conferences, and perform administrative duties for the School, as required.

Junior Researcher (National Security Studies Programme)
The successful applicant is expected to contribute to the research output of the programme which includes policy papers, outreach programmes and executive education. The candidate should have suitable academic or relevant work experience in the field of national security policy and strategy. He / She will also be required to carry out some administrative work.

Administrative Executive (RSIS)
The Administrative Executive provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the executive team, ensuring efficient office operations. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and assisting with various administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth functioning of the executive office. Reporting to the Manager, EDC’s Office, the key job responsibilities are as follows:
- Assist Manager, EDC’s Office in the management of engagements of the Executive Deputy Chairman (EDC) and Chief Policy Research (CPR);
 - Carry out duties as assigned by Manager, EDC’s Office including, amongst others, those relating to Endowed Professorships, Visiting Fellows, and Board of Governors Meetings;
 - Manage the GetResponse database, ie maintain the database of names for distribution of RSIS online publications like commentaries, working papers, newsletters, etc. and database of names for inviting to RSIS events like public lectures and seminars; and
 - Assist in any other work assigned by senior management of RSIS.

Senior Events Officer (RSIS)
The successful candidate will report to the Head, Events and assume the following responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for RSIS’ Events Unit
 - Assume the role of Event Lead for events
 - Assist the Event Supervisor to organise and manage events with responsibilities for all administrative and logistical tasks including, where necessary, liaison with speakers and guests, flight and accommodation arrangements, vendors liaison, budget management, conducting of rehearsals and virtual test calls
 - Monitor the progress of event planning and execution
 - Ensure the event administrative and operational requirements are met
 - Ensure compliance with RSIS and NTU policies and regulations
