RSIS has produced a commemorative video looking back at 20 years of APPSMO. This year’s APPSMO was held at Changi, an area in Singapore that is rich with military heritage.
Mr Bilahari Kausikan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Middle East Institute, National University of Singapore, gave a distinguished lecture on “ASEAN’s Role in the Changing Asia Pacific Security Order”.
