Seminar Abstract

Hybrid threats, encompassing both conventional and unconventional tactics adopted by state and non-state actors, are posing a dynamic and multifaceted challenge to national security. Without engaging in direct confrontations, hybrid threats exploit the vulnerabilities of modern societies and global systems for strategic goals.

This workshop will engage expert speakers to examine how the collective efforts of government, civil society, and technology companies contribute towards effective countermeasures and mitigative strategies in tackling hybrid threats.

Who Should Attend

Policy-makers, academics, and other experts who are: (a) concerned about hybrid threats, (b) focused on their sociopolitical implications, and (c) interested in efforts to counter these threats.
