NTS Centre Head, A/P Mely Caballero-Anthony attends launch of RtoP Report in UN, New York

Associate Professor Mely Caballero-Anthony attended the inaugural launch of the Report of the High Level Advisory Panel on Responsibility to Protect (RtoP) in Southeast Asia in the headquarters of the UN in New York on 9 September 2014.

The High Level Advisory Panel on the Responsibility to Protect in Southeast Asia aims to support efforts to promote RtoP and to contribute further to its implementation in the ASEAN region. Click here for more information.
