COL Rick Nelson, an Instructor in the Air War College’s Department of Strategy, is a US Army Adjutant General Corps officer with over 29 years of active service. His previous
assignments include, G1, Eighth US Army, The Republic of Korea and Chief of Staff, Directorate of Manpower and Personnel, The Joint Staff, Washington, DC.

Col Jimmy Hicks is a USMC Command and Control expert and AWC faculty member with 37+ years of active-duty service. Colonel Hicks’ experience includes multiple overseas, combat, and joint deployments in support of various global operations.

LTC J. Kevin McKittrick is a US Army Field Artillery Officer with 20 years of active service. His previous assignment was as the Battalion Commander of 2nd Battalion, 11th Field Artillery at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.

Manuel Legaspi is a federal civilian with 29 years of government service.

Melissa Simpson is a federal civilian with 28 years of experience in Cyberspace Operations. Her previous assignement was as the Deputy Division Chief of J36 Cyber Resilience, USCYBERCOM, Fort Meade, MD.

Tom McGuiggan is a federal civilian in the Department of Defense with 25 years of federal service.

Lt Col Silverman is an orthodontist in the Air Force Medical Service. His previous assignment was as a support squadron commander at the 59th Medical Wing, JBSA-Lackland, TX.

Lt Col Wetterhall is a mobility pilot with 20 years of active service. His previous assignment was as a Deputy Division Chief at USTRANSCOM. He is a command pilot with over 4400
hours in the KC-10 and T-1.

CAPT McCarthy is a Maritime Safety & Security and Environmental Response Officer with 22 years of active service. Her previous assignment was Deputy Commander, Sector Lake MIchigan, Milwaukee Wisconsin.

Lt Col Lisenbee is a Cyber Operations Officer with 19 years of active service. His previous assignments include USINDOPACOM and HQ Pacific Air Forces. He also has approximately 400 combat hours in the MC-12.

Donald Sandberg is a Program Manager with Air Force Material Command. He is also an Officer in the United States Navy Reserve supporting Puget Sound Naval Shipyard.
