Abstract
As of the end of July, it looks like Kamala Harris, not Joe Biden, will be the Democratic Presidential candidate in November. The Democratic Party, after about three weeks of looking weak and confused following Biden’s disastrous “debate” performance of June 27, has managed to come together, avoid an open convention fight, and rally around the Harris candidacy. The virtual seminar examines whether Vice-President Harris win in November. How do her advantages and disadvantages vis-a-vis President Biden stack up in her coming showdown with former President Donald Trump? What kind of campaign, with what key messages, does she need to adopt to maximize her chances of victory will be among the questions explored in the webinar.
