Why Total Defence? Amidst the whirlwind of societal and technological changes we have encountered in the 21st century, has Total Defence become outdated or has it assumed greater significance? Organised by NSSP and supported by Nexus-MINDEF, the dialogue seeks to facilitate a critical discussion on the role of Total Defence in Singapore today, understand youth perspectives on Total Defence, and examine the relevance of Total Defence to the everyday lives of Singaporean youths.
