About Global Networks
As a member of an ecosystem of like-minded institutions researching key and current issues, RSIS works with local, regional and global partners across various platforms. These issues include geopolitics, international political economy, and non-traditional security. In recent years, RSIS has enhanced its research in cybersecurity, military transformation, the implications of Artificial Intelligence and understanding the grey zone in international relations.
RSIS’ global networks are encapsulated within three broad categories; a) academic and research institutions, b) foreign official representation such as embassies/missions and c) private enterprises. Our partners include institutions from Southeast Asia, East Asia, the Middle East and North America. Within this milieu, RSIS collaborations have yielded policy publications, research and networking events, and academic exchanges. One such collaboration is between RSIS and the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, focused on establishing collaboration through academic exchanges, joint research activities and publications.
