Mr Arvind Raj is an Associate Research Fellow at the Centre for Multilateralism Studies (CMS) at the S Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He is also a member of the Council for Security Cooperation in the Asia-Pacific (CSCAP) Singapore. His research interests include Great-Power Competition in the Indo-Pacific, Indian Ocean Geopolitics, ASEAN’s role in the Regional Security Architecture, India-ASEAN relations, and Singapore’s Foreign Policy. Prior to joining RSIS, Arvind was a Foreign Service Officer at the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a Political Risk Analyst in the private sector. Arvind holds a Master of Science in International Relations from RSIS and a Bachelor of Social Science with Honours (Political Science) from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
