Ghada Soliman is a Research Fellow with the International Centre for Political Violence and Terrorism Research (ICPVTR), at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
She holds a PhD degree in linguistics from the National University of Singapore, focusing on the study of language in relation to Egypt’s political landscape and media in the aftermath of Arab Spring. She has a diverse background combining extensive experience as a researcher at diplomatic entities in Singapore with prior work as a television journalist focused on Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region for satellite news networks.
