Keith Paolo Catibog Landicho is an Associate Research Fellow in the Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) Programme at the Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies, S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of the Philippines. He last worked as a Disaster Monitoring and Analysis Officer with the ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance on Disaster Management (AHA Centre) in Indonesia and had also worked in the University of Philippines as a Senior Research Specialist. He is also a member of the London School of Economics Southeast Asia Early Career Researcher Network. His research interests include Innovation in the Provision of Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR); Climate change-resilient disaster management; ASEAN HADR management mechanisms; and Geospatial Analytics Applications for HADR and disaster management.
