Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of the Philippines. He last worked as a Disaster Monitoring and Analysis Officer with the ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance on Disaster Management (AHA Centre) in Indonesia and had also worked in the University of Philippines as a Senior Research Specialist. He is also a member of the London School of Economics Southeast Asia Early Career Researcher Network. His research interests include Innovation in the Provision of Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR); Climate change-resilient disaster management; ASEAN HADR management mechanisms; and Geospatial Analytics Applications for HADR and disaster management.
