Keith Paolo C. LANDICHO is an Associate Research Fellow on the Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) Programme at the Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies, S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Geography) from the University of the Philippines. He last worked as a Disaster Monitoring and Analysis Officer at the AHA Centre from 2020-2023. He is currently a member of the ASEAN Emergency Response and Assessment Team and was deployed to Myanmar for consultations on humanitarian needs to operationalise the ASEAN Five-Point Consensus and the Cyclone MOCHA response operations in 2023. He’s also an ASCEND-certified assessor and disaster information management professional. His research interests include humanitarian technology, geospatial analysis for HADR, and ASEAN disaster management.
