Ms Tan Pei Jing is a Manager with the Social Cohesion Research Programme at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), where she supports programme operations, procurement, and stakeholder engagement. Her work focuses on advancing social cohesion initiatives and translating research into accessible communications and outputs.

Prior to joining RSIS, she worked at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (ASTAR), where she managed operations for the Social Sciences and Technology Horizontal Technology Coordinating Office. She has also previously held roles at the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY).
