APPSNO 2008: Resilience Broadly Defined

The 2nd Asia-Pacific Programme for Senior National Security Officers (APPSNO) was held from 13 to 18 April 2008 at The Sentosa Resort and Spa.

The theme was Resilience Broadly Defined. Leading global security experts in homeland security matters were invited to share experiences on topics such as:
