Abstract
Climate refugees has become an interesting yet increasingly problematic issue in the lists of security challenges posed by climate change. As mentioned in the IPCC report in 1990, the greatest single impact of climate change could be on human migration. However, there is a lack of studies concerning this issue. This edition of NTS-Alert examines the complexities of the issue of climate refugees by discussing the contentions surrounding the concept itself and the direct consequences of such a phenomenon in Asia.
