In this issue, RSIS recognises two professors for their teaching excellence during the 12th Alumni Dinner. The Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief Programme was launched by Ambassador Ong Keng Yong, Executive Deputy Chairman of RSIS, in the presence of Dr Noeleen Heyzer, former Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations. The 17th Asia Pacific Programme for Senior Military Officers was held from 5-10 August 2015 at The Singapore Resort & Spa Sentosa.
