In this issue, the NTS Centre re-launched the NTS-Asia Consortium with 16 of its 20 founding members present. The SRP Programme organised its 2nd SRP Distinguished Lecture and Symposium titled “Common Space: Can Religion Contribute to It?” at Marina Mandarin Singapore, with Mr K. Shanmugam, Minister for Home Affairs and Minister for Law, delivering the keynote address as the symposium’s guest of honour. CENS celebrates its 10th anniversary and held the 10th edition of the Asia Pacific Programme for Senior National Security Officers.
