Mr Iis Gindarsah is a Research Fellow with the Indonesia Programme at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He holds a MSc in Strategic Studies from RSIS, NTU and a MSc in International Relations from the University of Indonesia. Prior to joining RSIS, Gigin was a Senior Advisor at Laboratorium Indonesia 2045 (LAB 45) where he oversaw institutional management and provided strategic guidance to researchers, as well as developed networking and partnership with key stakeholders and prospective partners. He has co-authored books and edited volumes, as well as published articles and commentaries in peer-reviewed journals and international media outlets such as Journal of Asia Security and International Affairs, Defence and Security Analysis, Contemporary Southeast Asia, and The Jakarta Post.
